Western food

Staff at the Guangzhou branch of a Hong Kong bank were trained to eat Western food last week.

The two-day course taught 20 bank employees about Western etiquette when it comes to food.

Wei Wei, who's been at the bank for six months, said he spent an entire day practicing spitting out bones. He said he didn't realize there were so many things to worry about when eating Western food.
