Member States of CICA: Kazakhstan, China, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Palestine, Republic of Korea, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan.

Total territory of the CICA member states is about 40 million sq km (approximately 90 percent of the entire territory of Asia) with a population of nearly 3 billion.

Observer States: Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Ukraine, the USA, Vietnam.

Observer Organizations: UN, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), League of Arab States (LAS).

The CICA Secretariat is located in Almaty City. Jandos Asanov, the representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chairing the CICA, was appointed the CICA Executive Director - Chief Executive Officer of the Secretariat.
