Mad about mooncake

A supermarket in Shenyang that made China's biggest mooncake started selling it at 18 yuan per kg last week.

The Dadong food store said the mooncake weighs 22.5 tons and is big enough to feed 110,000 people. It has teamed up with the local post office to offer in-store mail services so that customers can send a piece of the cake to friends or relatives.

Boyfriend for hire

A man is offering his services as a "stand-in boyfriend" in an online forum on Baidu.com.

He will chat with clients, take care of them when they're ill and accompany them to events and parties for 500 yuan per day.

His ad also says he will not have any physical contact with his client, and will pay a 2,000 yuan fine if he breaks this promise.
