Some people say, the property law does have social fairness. How can a walking stick of the poor and a luxury car of the rich be protected in an equal way? I feel that what poor people have should receive special protection because they need it to make a living. But the passing of the property law is meant to create more wealth. If one's wealth can be arbitrarily taken away, what incentive does he or she have? We need to narrow the rich-poor gap, not by making the rich poorer, but by making the poor richer.
