Love family and pure relaxation in a supreme location on the beach
On one of Bridgetown's finest beaches, located in the historical area of the Barbadian capital, we find the family-run Coconut Court Beach Hotel.

"We are not a luxury hotel, but a family business," says Beverly Blades, general manager of Coconut Court Beach Hotel. "This hotel has been in my family now for 32 years, and it has grown from 45 rooms to 120 rooms, so this hotel is not just there. This hotel is being built with love, really."
Many of the Coconut Court's guests are couples that were once married on the hotel's beach and come back to renew their vows.
Blades says, "Coconut Court has had three generations of families staying here. You'll have wedding parties here, either to get married for the first time or they are renewing their vows. Sometimes they come with nothing and get married in their swimsuits right on the beach!"
The Coconut Court boasts two bars, a restaurant, a recently upgraded pool deck with Jacuzzi and lounges, a games room with pool and ping pong, concierge services, wireless internet access, a gift shop, beach services, and large comfortable rooms with A/C, satellite TV and maid services, most of them also featuring a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
In addition, the hotel offers a wide range of activities, be they guided tours around Barbados, live music and entertainment, sunset dinner cruises on a catamaran, historical walks, marine education or snorkel safaris by the hotel's beach.
Reflecting upon what it is that sets the Coconut Court experience apart from other Barbadian hotels, Blades concludes, "32 years of good karma, lots of good times, lots of great people whether they work here or stay here, that is what makes Coconut Court special."
