The nip-tuck craze has crossed the sexual divide and more men are going under the knife for surprising reasons.
Song Tiecheng, 49, a cook in Wuhan of Central China's Hubei Province, underwent cosmetic surgery four times last year in order to look exactly like Li Yong, a well-known and controversial CCTV presenter.
Song's obsession with Li began six years ago when friends told him he resembled Li. He first started to imitate the presenter and then took it to the next level. After surgery, Song quickly became a celebrity himself and is now often invited to present commercials.
