A 101.27-carat diamond will be auctioned in the special administrative region of Hong Kong next month.

It is the first time a diamond of that size has gone on sale in Hong Kong.

The auction will be held during a special jewelery show on May 28. Other items of jewelery valued at more than HK$400 million will also be sold.

The upset price for the diamond has been put at HK$60 million.
