A fugitive dressed like a woman evaded the law for four years but was caught out when his wig fell off unexpectedly on a train in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan Province.

Zeng, 25, seriously injured a man with his knife in a quarrel four years ago and since then he has been dressing like a woman, with long hair, female clothes and lipstick.

Zeng was boarding a train recently when he was asked to show his identification card. He was so nervous, however, that his wig caught on an object and it came off.

Police were suspicious as to why he was dressed as a woman and Zeng eventually bent under the pressure and admitted the truth.
