UN climate change conference opens in Bali, Indonesia, December 3, 2007. [Xinhua]

BALI - A Chinese delegate, who is in Bali to attend the UN climate change conference, said on Monday that developed countries should at least reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent to 40 percent by 2020 compared to 1990 levels.
