Jazz star Norah Jones is back on the sexy singles' list after parting ways with her long-term beau.
The daughter of sitar maestro Pt. Ravi Shankar was dating her band's bassist Lee Alexander for several years.
However, the couple broke up just before the festive holidays when he moved out of their U.S. home, reports Contactmusic.
According to the New York Post, the split was amicable with the duo still remain 'friends.'
The 28-year-old singer's career was launched with her 2002 debut album 'Come Away with Me,' a contemporary pop album with a sensual, plaintive soul/folk/country tinge.
It sold over twenty million copies worldwide and received five Grammy Awards, with Jones winning 'Best New Artist'.
