Chinese stocks close flat Monday

BEIJING - Chinese shares closed almost flat Monday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.13 points to finish at 2,351.86.
The Shenzhen Component Index edged down 0.06 percent, or 5.88 points, to end at 9,585.08.
