HONG KONG - Hong Kong stocks closed down 38. 22 points, or 0.21 percent, at 18,378.23 on Thursday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 18,238.38 and 18, 388.01. Turnover totaled HK$33.43 billion (about $4.3 billion).
