HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks lost 408.74 points, or 2.06 percent, to close at 19,466.79 on Wednesday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 19,452.65 and 19,876.67. Turnover totaled HK$75.45 billion ($9.68 billion).
