Live concert presents 'Symphony of the Silk Road'

A concert titled "Symphony of the Silk Road" will stream globally online to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China on Sept 18.

The concert is co-sponsored by China's embassy in Panama, Ministry of Culture of Panama and National Tourism Administration of Panama, as a way to deepen the friendship between China and Panama.

The concert will be performed by the Symphony Orchestra of the China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater along with Panama National Symphony Orchestra, as well as several renowned composers and artists from the two countries.

Audiences will enjoy an audio and visual feast topped by the classic Chinese musical instruments, exotic music style of Panama and a fusion of the two countries' art.

Moreover, the splendid natural scenery and the colorful cultural landscape of Panama will also be presented through the live show.
