Houston concert graces Chinese New Year

A music concert, Greetings of Spring, was held in the residence of the Chinese Consulate General in Houston to celebrate Chinese New Year on Jan 22, co-presented by the consulate and the Houston Symphony.

Consul General Cai Wei, John Mangum, CEO of Houston Symphony, Chase Untermeyer, former US Ambassador to Qatar,Sallie Alcorn, member of the Houston City Council, Juan Sosa, dean of the Consular Corps of Houston and Consul General of Panama in Houston, Nell Calloway, president of the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum and more than 100 people from all sectors of the community were in attendance.
