The Beijing Symphony Orchestra is presenting a lunar New Year concert Saturday, with programs including the Chinese folk song The Sun Comes out with Jubilance, Johann Strauss's Tales from the Vienna Woods Waltz and Émile Waldteufel's Les Patineurs Valse (The Skaters' Waltz).
