The LCM project, a joint effort of Hong Kong Land and Cifi Group, consititutes of 100,000 square meters office buildings, 35,000 square meters high-end residential areas, a 2,000 square meters ecological park, a 130,000 square meter shopping mall, and a food market.

So far, many renowned brands including SEPHORA, UNIQLO, ZARA, H&M, Forever21, Calvin Klein Jeans, Starbucks, and Wagas have expressed intention to move into the shopping mall.

The commercial complex, equipped with full-fledged dining, shopping and other living facilities, will benefit a population of more than 1 million and is expected to start operation in May 2018.
