The "Shandong Day" event is underway at the 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition from June 20 to 22 with a series of promotion activities to showcase the province's beautiful landscapes, rich culture, arts, and horticultural achievements.

The Shandong Garden, which covers an area of 3,000 square meters, is an outstanding destination for visitors to get to know the province as it reproduces many of the province's well-known tourist attractions, as well as displays Shandong's traditional handicrafts and characteristic plants and flowers.

Visitors can enjoy the micro edition of the majestic Mount Tai at the Shandong Garden. The mountain is a UNESCO natural and cultural heritage site in Shandong's Tai'an, which boasts lush vegetation, marvelous landscapes, and sublime ancient architectural complexes. [Photo/iqilu.com]
