Highlights of fourth Qilu culture folk arts festival

The fourth Qilu culture folk arts festival was held on Jan 21 in the eastern coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong province. An array of artistic folk art activities featuring dough figure making, paper cutting and wood engraving painting took place, seeking to increase the festive atmosphere of the upcoming Chinese New Year.
