When a plane belonging to Donghai Airlines made its maiden flight from the city of Haikou, Hainan province to Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on Sept 30, with a stopover in Quanzhou, Fujian province, it meant a greater convenience in connections between the three cities.
It is also the first connection for Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport to Wuxi, and its second route to Hainan.
The Boeing 737 flight, Flight No.DZ6303/07, goes every day, taking off from Haikou at 6:50 am and arriving in Quanzhou at 8:55 am, then departing at 11:15 am and landing in Wuxi at 1:15 pm. The return flight departs Wuxi at 2:15 pm, arrives in Quanzhou at 4:05 for a one hour stopover then lands in Haikou at 6:45.
The airline’s marketing dept says they will increase the capacity and plan to open a route from Quanzhou to Hefei, Anhui province by the end of October.
