II. Definition of Authentication Opinions

The term "authentication opinion" prescribed in the Decision refers to the conclusive opinions based on the identification and judgment of authenticators on the technical issues in litigation by using scientific and technological means, expertise, professional experience and skills. Authentication opinion is only one type of evidence. As a result, judges shall deliberate based on a comprehensive examination of all evidences of the case so as to correctly identify the facts of the case and make a correct judgment.
