Raj Indian Restarant

Surely I am here for their food. Two chefs are from north India and south India in order to control different taste and recipes for guests. Normally, people like northern India dishes rather than southern ones. But some Indian guests would love to have southern cuisine. I ordered two appetizers , classic vegetable Samosa and Chicken Pakora.

The taste and look are just right, moist and savory, not dry at all. In my experience, those foods that I ordered were fresh and home-made. Isabel told me that 90% of the spices are imported from Kashmir. I ordered three curries for a main course; chicken, mutton and bean curry.

I amazingly found that the meat was really tender and smooth. It was really different from what I have tasted before. And, last, dessert: Lassi is always my love. Home-made yogurt with fresh mongo, what a wonderful combination!

Isabel introduced me to a British man whose flew here from a small city where he’s working to Beijing Rag restaurant just for a great dinner. “ My fellows think I am crazy, but this is who I am a real Indian food lover.” said British man. I end up the night with very pleasant conversation with them. I would come back again, what about you?
