A group of foreign experts from the United Kingdom, Morocco, Algeria, the United States, Germany and some other countries gathered at the Yuelu Academy of Classical Learning in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, on Sunday to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival.
