How many economists wrote articles predicting Chinese economy downfall over the last 20 years? Countless right? However, none have actually materialised. The Chinese government has steered their megacarrier through choppy seas quite successfully. The system is much more resilient than commonly acknowledged. Of course, there are some problems, but the ruling clique has a talent to make necessary adjustments.
