"The Global South is no longer a silent partner. It has become an active architect of the new world order," former prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Djoomart Otorbaev said at the Global Strategic Dialogue (2026) in Beijing, co-hosted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Daily.
