Former Kyrgyz PM hails CPC's self-governance practices

Djoomart Otorbaev, former prime minister of Kyrgyzstan, said in a recent interview that the fifth plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee is of great significance. He praised the CPC's continued efforts to strengthen Party discipline, pursue self-reform and adapt to changing circumstances and emerging challenges.
Otorbaev said the CPC's approach to self-governance has played a key role in China's development and offers a valuable example for countries across the Global South.
