Kazakhstan bank welcomes HK's 5-yr plan and policy address on offshore RMB bonds & global ties

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's first five-year plan and its 2026 Policy Address will strengthen connectivity between Chinese and Central Asian markets, according to Talgat Salikhov, chairman of the board of Almaty-based Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC.
In an exclusive interview with China Daily, he said the new measures signal strong political commitment and could facilitate exchanges between Kazakhstan and China in financial connectivity, investment, technology and talent.
