Envoys, diplomats learn from Shanghai experience

Envoys and diplomats from 20 countries visited sites including the conference hall of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress on Sept 8 during a five-day program exploring China's people-centered urban governance and whole-process people's democracy. The delegates said Shanghai's practices in improving people's livelihoods offer valuable insights and expressed interest in deeper future cooperation.
