At the core rescue site near Gyirong Port, China Daily noticed several personnel wearing "Psychological Support" armbands. He Lei, a member of the medical and epidemic prevention team of the Xizang Military Command and a psychological counselor, went to the frontline to monitor the well-being of rescuers.
