Stretching 135 kilometers across the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the Dada Route offers one of China's most scenic road trips. It begins at Dalai Nuur Lake, a vast blue expanse teeming with migratory birds, then cuts through the rolling Gongor Grassland, where herds roam beneath sweeping skies, and culminates at the Asgat Stone Forest – a UNESCO-listed geological wonder shaped over millennia. This is not just a route, but a cross-section of nature's artistry, from water and grass to rock and sky.

Guo Yuhe contributed to the story.
