Typhoon Narra makes second landfall in Guangdong's Xuwen county

Narra, the 19th typhoon of the year, made its second landfall in Xuwen county of Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, at 3:25 am on Wednesday, after first doing so on Tuesday in Changhua township, Hainan province.
At the time of the landfall in Xuwen, the storm had maximum winds of 18 meters per second, or Force 8, near its center, with a minimum central pressure of 998 hectopascals, according to the Guangdong Meteorological Observatory.
The storm is expected to move northeast, losing strength gradually.
