9 trapped in Heilongjiang building collapse, rescue operation ongoing

A full-scale rescue operation is currently underway in Hailin city, Heilongjiang province, after a building partially collapsed around midnight on Sunday, trapping nine individuals, local authorities said.
Authorities are on-site coordinating rescue teams to locate and free the victims.
