Three people perish in Guangdong house fire

Three people died and two others were injured in a fire which broke out at a house in Xingning, Guangdong province in the early hours of Saturday morning.
According to local authorities, rescue teams conducted an emergency search to rescue the five trapped individuals, but despite medical efforts, three died.
The fire at the self-built house was extinguished around 4:00 am on Saturday. The building involved in the fire is a four-story reinforced concrete structure, with an affected area of approximately 150 square meters.
Follow-up investigations are continuing.
