The combination of Typhoon Kalmaegi and a cold front will bring strong winds to the central and southern parts of the South China Sea from Tuesday through Thursday. The Nansha, Xisha, and Zhongsha islands will experience severe weather, while parts of southeastern Hainan may see heavy rainfall.
