World display industry conference opens Nov 3 in Chengdu
The 2025 World Conference on Innovation and Development in the Display Industry is set to kick off on Nov 3 in Chengdu, Sichuan province, attracting eight academicians, dozens of internationally renowned experts, and over 200 leading enterprises across the display industrial chain.
The two-day event will include an opening ceremony, 10 industry chain matchmaking meetings, an innovation achievement exhibition, and multiple supporting activities.
The opening ceremony will feature the release of a report on the high-quality development index of China's new display industry, the top 10 innovative products, and the top 10 innovative technologies or applications, according to the organizers.
Dedicated experience zones will showcase AI-empowered application scenarios of new displays in fields such as cultural tourism, smart vehicles, smart homes, and intelligent manufacturing.
For the first time in the event's history, the organizing committee will invite Brazil as the guest country of honor, a move aimed at promoting high-level opening-up in the industry, said the organizers.
In addition, more than 20 globally renowned organizations, as well as leading display companies from over 10 countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, and the United States, will gather to build a global industrial dialogue mechanism and promote international collaboration.
