Wuxi's prized peaches enter peak harvest season
The vibrant hum of peach trading activities filled the air over the weekend in a bustling market in Yangshan township, Huishan district of Wuxi, Jiangsu province.
As the distinct fragrance of peaches wafted through the scene, the year's peak season for harvesting and selling these renowned fruits had arrived.
Wuxi's Yangshan peaches are globally acclaimed for their plump shape, beautiful color, distinct aroma, thin skin, juicy flesh, and sweet taste, making them a highly anticipated seasonal fruit every summer.
