Former deputy head of China's defense technology agency under probe

BEIJING -- Zhang Jianhua, former deputy head of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, is under probe for suspected serious violations of discipline and law, the country's top anti-graft body said on Wednesday.
Zhang has voluntarily surrendered and is undergoing investigation by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision.
