The Stage observation deck atop Shanghai's Sinar Mas Plaza opened to the public on April 15. The 320-meter-high deck offers a 360-degree view of Shanghai's skyline, including the Bund's historic architecture, Lujiazui's skyscrapers, and the North Bund.
