Maritime, aerial patrol conducted in South China Sea

Chinese military forces conducted a patrol in the South China Sea, the Southern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army said on Saturday night.
The command organized a joint maritime and aerial patrol in the South China Sea to maintain peace and stability in the region, it said in a statement.
Any military activities disrupting the situation in the South China Sea are fully under control, the statement added.
