Gansu noodle team rushes aid to earthquake-hit Xizang

In the early hours of Wednesday, a team from a Gansu province beef noodle restaurant arrived in the quake-hit Dingri county, Shigatse city, Xizang autonomous region, bringing warm noodles for the residents.
The 6.8-magnitude earthquake, which struck Dingri county on Tuesday, prompted an immediate reaction from the Gansu-based team. Led by Ma Zhongming, the Lanzhou restaurant’s manager, the team arranged supplies and set off in two batches within an hour after the quake.
