China's grain output tops 700m tons

China's grain output reached a record high of 706.5 million metric tons in 2024, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Friday.
This year's output saw a 1.6 percent increase compared to 2023, marking nine consecutive years of stable grain production exceeding 650 million tons.
