Guangdong announces new vice-mayors

Wu Zetong was appointed vice-mayor and acting mayor of Zhuhai, while Qiao Lei was appointed vice-mayor of Zhuhai and director of the city's public security bureau on Sunday, official reports said.
The appointment was made after deliberation and voting by people's congress of the city in Guangdong province.
Meanwhile, the city's people's congress accepted Huang Zhihao's request to resign as mayor of Zhuhai and Xie Rensi's request to resign as vice-mayor of the city. It also decided to dismiss Xie from the position of the director of Zhuhai's public security bureau.
