Boat capsizes in Guizhou; 8 dead

Eight people died when a civilian boat capsized on the Pingzheng River in Congjiang county, Guizhou province, Xinhua News Agency reported.
The incident occurred at around 9:30 am on Monday. Of the 13 people aboard, five were rescued and reported to be in stable condition.
An investigation is underway.
