Diplomats, think tank officials attend 2024 Tianjin Wudadao Forum

The 2024 Tianjin Wudadao Forum was held on Tuesday in Tianjin, attracting diplomats and officials from global think tanks, participants said.
Luan Jianzhang, director-general of Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee in Tianjin, said the Wudadao, or the Five Greater Avenues, serve not only as geographical symbols reflecting architectural diversity but also as ideological and cultural symbols embodying diversities of civilization.
He noted the significance of holding such a forum, saying that the Wudadao carry rich connotations, symbolizing the comprehensive deepening of reform led by innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development concepts.
