Chemical plant explosion in Hunan injures 1, kills 2

Two people died and another was injured after a chemical plant exploded in Hengyang, Hunan province, at around noon on Tuesday, Xinhua News Agency reported.
According to the report, the plant belonged to Hunan Xiangshuo Chemical Co.
The injured person is in stable condition. Search and rescue efforts have concluded, and an investigation into the incident is underway.
