Over the past several months, Naela Thual has experienced the charm of Jilin province and witnessed the deep and beautiful friendship between China and France.
Thual, 21, came from France to Jilin Agricultural University in Changchun, Jilin, to learn Chinese in February.
"My mother used to tell me stories about the unique country in the Far East called China," she said.
"In the vast land, there is a fertile black soil region full of vitality — Jilin province. Since then, my enthusiasm for China has grown exponentially."
"This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. I finally embarked on my journey of exploration on the black soil," Thual said.
