Beijing airports plan multiple new international routes
The airport plans to operate an average of 76 overseas flights daily, including flights to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, connecting about 40 overseas destinations. These destinations include popular tourist cities such as Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Osaka, Doha, Abu Dhabi and London.
China Southern Airlines is scheduled to launch four new overseas routes from Daxing Airport to Teheran, Riyadh, Dhaka and Macao during the new season.
Beijing Capital International Airport, the other airport in Beijing, is also expected to witness an increase in international flights during the new season.
The airport plans to operate an average of 190 overseas flights daily, representing a 20 percent increase compared to the current season.
Notably, at the beginning of the new season, 52 round trips are planned to be operated between Beijing Capital and various destinations in the United States every week, including 18 flights to San Francisco, 10 flights to New York, 8 flights to Los Angeles, 4 flights to Washington, 6 flights to Boston and 6 flights to Seattle.
