5.0-magnitude quake hits Gansu: CENC

BEIJING -- A 5.0-magnitude earthquake rattled Subei county of Jiuquan city in Northwest China's Gansu province, at 10:55 pm Friday (Beijing Time), according to China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter, with a depth of 9 km, was monitored at 39.3 degrees north latitude and 97.27 degrees east longitude, the CENC said.
