Dog attack victim reportedly may lose her right kidney
The girl who was attacked by a black dog on Monday in Chongzhou city, Sichuan province may lose her right kidney, Beijing News reported on Tuesday.
According to a statement released by the Chongzhou's joint investigation group on Tuesday, the police have found the black dog and its owner, surnamed Tang. They have also taken criminal coercive measures against Tang according to the law.
At present, the police have filed a case to investigate the incident.
In order to receive better treatment, the girl has been transferred to the West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Her vital signs are currently stable.
On Monday, a woman and her daughter were attacked by a black dog in Chongzhou city, Sichuan province. The daughter suffered multiple bites, a right kidney contusion and a right rib fracture.
