Large scale model testing standard set for China
China has officially launched the formulation of a national standard for large model testing, while the nation's first large-scale standardization task team was also announced to be formed during the sixth World Artificial Intelligence Conference on Friday in Shanghai.
The special team, headed by the Shanghai artificial intelligence innovation center, consists of six joint team leaders, Beijing Baidu Netcom Science and Technology Co Ltd; Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd; iFlytek Co Ltd; 360 Security Technology Inc; Huawei Cloud Computing Technology Co Ltd; and China Mobile Communication Co Ltd..
According to public information, China launched the work for large-scale model standardization in May. The large-scale model task force will be responsible for the drafting of large-scale model standardizations to promote the combination of large-scale model technology and standardization practice, and boost the healthy development of the overall AI industry.
